Our product range includes Bed Blankets, Bed Pillows, Bedding Sets & Collections, Comforters, Duvet Covers, Pillow Shams, and Sheets & Pillowcases. We cater to individuals who value craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a seamless journey from browsing to unwrapping comfort at home.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Cozy Bedding Home or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of site content is strictly prohibited.

We strive to represent our products accurately through descriptions and images. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or natural material characteristics. Hygiene & Safety Note: In commitment to customer safety, Bed Pillows are considered final sale and cannot be returned for reasons of preference, except in cases of defect or damage upon arrival.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Pricing

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these terms.

• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
• Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized. We will send an email confirmation detailing your purchase.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices but will honor the price at the time your order is confirmed.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally from our studio in Portland, Oregon, but are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Estimates: Provided times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.
• Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. User Obligations and Account Integrity

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all transactions.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is paramount. Our full policy is detailed on our website, and key terms are summarized here:

• Eligibility Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be returned new, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging.
• Process: Contact our customer care at [email protected] to initiate a request and receive an RMA number and instructions.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Non-Returnable Items: Bed Pillows (unless defective), custom/personalized items, and final sale items.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cozy Bedding Home and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

This limitation does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Portland, Oregon.
