All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two primary shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: A flat fee of $12.95 applies to all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: Free on all orders over $50.

Please note: We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility Period: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Non-Returnable Items: In alignment with our commitment to hygiene and customer safety, Bed Pillows are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. Additionally, custom/personalized items and items purchased during final sale promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about your request. You may use the template below for clarity.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item(s) back to our Portland studio.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Please pack the item(s) securely, ideally in the original packaging, ensuring they are unwashed and unused with tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  5. Our Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will then notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your tranquility matters, including in financial matters. We process refunds with care and precision.

  • Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears on your statement depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will only charge any difference in product price and any new shipping fees.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size, color, or design? We are happy to facilitate an exchange for an item of equal value. The process follows the same steps as a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship your new item. You will be responsible for the new shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our error.
