Our Return & Exchange Philosophy
We understand that selecting bedding is a personal journey toward tranquility. If the product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations for comfort, quality, or design, we are here to help. Our policy reflects our commitment to mindful service and is valid for 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our thoughtful customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about your request. For your convenience, you may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item(s) back to our studio in Portland.
- Prepare Your Package: Please return the item(s) in their original, unwashed, and unused condition, with all tags attached, in the original packaging if possible. This ensures we can responsibly restock or donate the items.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Our Inspection & Processing: Once received at our studio, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). We will then notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Your tranquility matters, including in financial matters. We process refunds with care and precision.
- Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears on your statement depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will only charge any difference in product price and any new shipping fees.
Important Considerations
Non-Returnable Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, Bed Pillows are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. This policy aligns with our commitment to hygiene and is common for personal sleep items.
Condition: All items must be returned in new, unwashed, and unused condition with original tags. We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not present upon original delivery.
Please note: Custom or personalized items, as well as items purchased during final sale promotions, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size, color, or design? We are happy to facilitate an exchange for an item of equal value. The process follows the same steps as a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship your new item. You will be responsible for the new shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our error.
