Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We deliver comfort worldwide, with the exception of a few remote regions and parts of Asia. All orders require 1-2 business days for careful processing and packing before shipment.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. This option includes full tracking.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch. This is an economical option that allows us to pass savings on to you.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly by destination.

How can I track my order?

For orders shipped via Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), a tracking link will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. You can follow your comfort’s journey every step of the way. For Free Shipping (EMS) orders, tracking may be available depending on the destination; details will be provided if applicable.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we focus on providing two clear and reliable shipping options to ensure your order is handled with precision and care. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Our Standard Shipping option provides a good balance of speed and reliability for most needs.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened Bed Pillows. All other products in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original packaging are eligible for return within the 15-day window.
